Hi guys, like the title says, I got a small problem.
Last Friday, I was doing push ups and I only got so far when I heard something crack in my neck. The pain was very unpleasant and I so I stopped doing push ups. Later that evening I tried my dumbbells but the pain got back. Last monday I again tried my dumbbells just to get the same pain again, today I lowered their weight and carefully got a few reps without pain but I fell the tension in my neck going up.
From what I understand, I didnt hold my head right during the push ups so I'll keep this in mind for when I can do them again. But yeah, it's been a week now and I'll see a specialist on the 15th, could there be a way to reduce/remove this pain? It blows that I can't do much now.
