I was wondering if their was a way to "bulk" up the neck area. I have a very long and skinny neck so I want to decrease the enlongated look. Any recommended excersizes?
Also, i'm pretty new to lifting so any pictures ect. would be appreciated.
Hehe, I wouldn't be caught dead doing some of those exercises, but hey I'm sure you can bulk up that neck pretty darn quick like that. When I do stuff for my traps I feel it up in my neck a little bit, like front raises, lateral raises, and shrugs.
