Hey everyone. I am new here. Found the website searching on google. I'm finally getting back into the exercise routine. Took the past 4 years off because I was too busy with college and having fun at college. I needed to get back on track with my health, strength and overall fitness level. I haven't been a total lazy person. I did and do a lot of outside hunting, fishing, winter sports, and summer sports but also did too much partying and eating terrible in my college years and need to get rid of the effects of that. So, that's my m.o. I hope to help out if I can and get some advise from others. Thanks!
