Weighted myself yesterday and have nearly lost 5 stone now - I have now lost 4 stone & 13lbs (31.0kgs/69lbs). If anyone had ever said me to that I would have lost nearly 5 stone I would have not believed them. Fingers cross I will be saying I've lost over 5 stone next time.
