Just thought I would post some pics of my journey as I'm almost there now. Started out in May 2011 at 206 lbs I'm now weighing in at 180 lbs but would like to get down to 170. I've not done a diary myself but have been inspired and motivate by many people on this forum.

AWow great job! Was it diet, exercise, or a combo of the 2? And pictures are a great way to stay motivated, I bet you feel so much better.
 
Yes it was a combination of both. I didn't stop eating any particular type of food, I just cut down on the volume I was consuming and eat fruit whenever I felt hungry. I exercised every day in the beginning burning around 600-1000 cal. I now exercise for 2 hours 3 times a week.
