so post number 1. weighed myself a couple of days ago at an astounding 134 pounds. lowest ive ever been. i wasent even really trying. been just dieting for the principal of self control. most significant thing i did was cut down on eating my favorites outside to 2 out of 4 days rather than my previous every day. last time i weighed myself was at an airport like 6 months ago. to find out i lost 20 pounds. on of those moments in life. beautiful. not eating healthy yet. i will soon enough. for now i just want gradually increase control. maybe drop down another 10 pounds then start muscle training. always wanted abs. read somwhere you need 16 percent body fat for that. not there yet i guess. soon though!

You are not going to start seeing faint abs until 12 - 13% with 6 pack appearing at 10-11 %

134 lb is quite light for a male, how tall are you ?

5 8. i think thats the measurement. 178 cm. im real thin these days. thinnest ive ever been. still got fat here and there. but no abs. bought galaxy note 8 today. i think ill use it for calorie measurement and stuff. should be fun. been walking around with galaxy 2 for 8 years. shit barely ran whatsup

without your current bodyfat % all I can go on is BMI and by that you are at the low end of normal for your height, dropping another 10 lb would put you underweight.

to get your visible abs you need to begin building muscle now so that you can then continue to loose fat without dropping down to underweight.

i have been considering starting daily pushups. had a routine before of doing those before showering. dont really feel like increasing monthly expanses of a high protein diet. maybe in a couple of months. in other news today is my 100th day of not eating any of my favorite junk. no burgers, no pizzas, no nudels. forgot the taste of grass. so much easier to diet without the temptation of the favorite shit

What do you consider high protein ? getting adequate protein is not expensive, you don't need to be having things like expensive supplements to meet your dietary needs.

Well done cutting the junk.

Congratulations on 100 days without junk!
Examples of relatively inexpensive protein-
Chickpeas, lentils, canned tuna, whole milk, white fish, peanut butter, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, eggs, greek yoghurt, beef mince, swiss cheese, tempeh, raw almonds, tofu & quinoa.
Keep up the good work :)

i took the peanut butter advice. with i hadnt. its freaking delicious. and its not enough protein. its like 26 grams of protein for 6 cups. i need like 45 grams of a protein a day for muscle building dont i? thats 12 cups. thats insane. tuna cans are twice as expensive. upside is i dont like tuna. id rather not idealize food. wish there was a 45 grams proteins pill

45 grams is still too low

at your weight of 134 lb / 60.7 kg you need

For general activity 1 gram per kg so 60 grams of protein
For Strength 1.2-1.6 grams per kg so 72 - 96 grams
Endurance is the same as strength
Adolescent athletes need 2 grams per kg so 120 grams

Chicken is cheap and has 31 grams of protein per 100 grams of meat witch is more than tuna

so chicken costs where i live something like bucks for 240 grams. already cooked. enough for like 3 days. though ill have to keep some frozen in the fridge. normally my approach is that of an empty fridge. cause anything ill fill it with would fill my stomach the same day. unless i buy massive amounts. but then i wont save any money. and ill get fat. so no fun at all. like eating two birds with one fork. waiting to quit my job. and finding out if i can make money in online poker like i used to. if i manage a higher income ill reconsider my budget. maybe i can afford 15 bucks once in 4 days on chicken.
