N00b intro

Hi there ya'll! I'm a 5'2 Chinese female professional who currently weighs 157 lbs and wants to weigh somewhere between 110-115 lbs. The weight, however, is not the only goal. There's running a 10K in less than an 8 minute mile average (my current fast time is a 12 minute mile average for that distance), looking stunning in my wedding gown, and finally being happy with how I look so I can focus on more important things, like clothes. Lol.

I joined this forum because I'm ready to be really committed to a healthy lifestyle and one of the best ways to achieve is through a community. So between this and my blog, I'm hoping to look like the person I want to see in the mirror and achieve the things I want to accomplish in my life.

You could start a diary! That will help keep track of your eating/excersize.

Good idea, a diary's an excellent way of keepign track of your progress, getting support from others....and bragging when you lose weight, haha!! ;-)
