I have read some new research that says many NO supps are bullsh#t.
New reports attribute the pros. of products like L-Arginine and NO Explode, not the the AAKG or L-Arginie itself, but to the fact that they help increase insuline production. It seems to me that while L-arginine does help facilitate insulin procuction, there are better (less expensinve) ways to go about it.
Does anyone have any REAL info on this (i.e. science or stats) I'm not interested in how pumped someone felt after taking NO-Explode.
It seems to me that this whole NO/Arinine revolution is a marketing scheme.
