i'm new in this page.my name is Dhee-Vhak, ok, i wanted to share something about fitness with you all, I barely do "Abs Specific Exercises":angry2: and Even though I have completely toned abs, you might be thinking: Which one is her secret for toning her abs? It's so simple, SQUATS!! It's the answer to it, I Like to squat :luxlove:, i'm so addicted to it, and When squatting i always use my abs and contract them to stand up for me while going down and up through the movement of the exercise, plus whenever i'm doing some other workout, i always contract the abs and practice breathing technique: Exhale while pushing and making the effort and inhale while preparing to receive the weight (the point before going down with the weight), and that makes my abs more toned, besides that i take care of my nutrition, i think that's one of the most important thing here in fitness :costumed5:
