MyFitnessPal and Goals

I haven't been on this site for some time now, but I'm back!! I have a new workout going strong and have started doing fasted cardio in the mornings along with plyometrics and resistance training in the evenings, keeping up with MyFitnessPal to log my calories, and have started intermittent fasting.

I know people say to follow pictures and measurements over weight, but I want to lose 10 pounds before summer. It's gonna be hard, but I know I can do it! Is there a MyFitnessPal forum on here?
 
Hi, Haley & welcome to the forum. There isn't a MFP sub-section on the forum, but many of us use it. I have tried IF & it seemed to suit me for a few months & then I found it really hard. It's also a shame that MFP can't incorporate it into their system. I haven't given up on IF as it did work for me. I need to find some more inner strength to get through the fast days! All the best. I'll be interested to hear what you eat on the "fast days". In just over 2 weeks I go on a holiday for 17 days & I may need to get right back into it. Hope you enjoy our forum & get lots of support.
