My weight loss so far

hi hararayne i did it over about 1 and a half years it took alot of exercise and careful dieting i went to the gym for around 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week and went jogging for 1 hour every day eating around 2000cals a day

Your start weight and planned goals are pretty close to mine, so I appreciate you posting these. Gives me an idea of what I could look like someday, somehow.

And you certainly did it the right way. Solid and steady.
