hey guys...my name is Heather...I have tried weight watchers (I done it from October 07 - March 08); it was completely awesome...lost a lot of weight..but gained it all back plus some. But one of the "TRICKS" I learned that is really cool is this, got to Wal-Mart & look for the water mixers (any flavor) from the Great Value ONLY brands, and buy one of them. Every morning I drink a 16.9 oz. of water w/ the orange flavor (I call it my abnormal Orange Juice) and eat 2 pieces of wheat toast (or 2 packs of cheese grits (weight watchers (4 points), and a yogurt (weight watchers brand (1 point)). This is typical for weight watchers. Lunch is a salad, tuna w/ pickles, or 6 inch sub w/ ham and (NO CHEESE) w/ mustard. (SUCKY I KNOW).... Pickles became my best friend on my weight watcher diet...they have no points, along w/ broccoli, or most green veggies, which meant you can eat these things all day long. It is hard and now I am having trouble because I have other people to feed and diet foods can become really expensive...so soups will be the cheaper end of the deal..$2.50 for weight watcher meals becomes very expensive. If you would, please let me know what y'alls favorite/best food has become in your weight watching journey so that I can keep tabs of what I can or can not eat. I have struggled w/ my weight for nearly my entire life. I don't want that anymore. I need all the support I can get.
Thanx - Heather

It would be a good success story..I haven't found anything else that has worked for me.
