My weight loss journey

June 2, 2008 Introduction

First of all, i want to ask the readers not to judge my decisions. I am not here for advice or anything. I am here to write down my weight loss journey publicly because I want to be honest to myself. Also I want keep track of my ups and downs and reflect on my trials and temptations as i look back and read this diary. In this journal I will be completely honest with myself meaning I might sound crazy, so I hope I do not offend anyone who reads this. So be aware I will be so emotional some days and might reveal some hidden dark secrets from my life. I don't even know what would be those secrets but I would like to find out through this journal as well.

June 2, 2008 cont Intro

Name: Lemonbabe111
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Height= 5'5"
Starting Weight= 130 pounds
Weight Loss Goal= 100 pounds
Weight Loss Time Frame= 1-2 months
Occupation= College Graduate

I want to lose weight in slow pace and get toned nicely, but I need to look skinny in 1-2 months before I start my career. I want to break my addiction problems and start living a healthy lifestyle. So I made my own weight loss program which is impossible yet I want to give a shot. I named my weight loss program "Lemon Babe".

Lemon Babe:

6/4/08- 6/14/08 (11 days) Water fast
-drink 3 liters of distilled water
-5am enema
-workout (30min walk hills, 30min steps, 30min elliptical, 30min muscle group)
-no sex
-go to bed at 10:30pm!

REWARD: buy a mirror

6/15/08- 6/25/08 (11 days) Master Cleanse
-Master Cleanse
-5am enema
-workout: DVD
-drink regular water?
-go to bed at 10:30pm
-no sex

REWARD: buy a dress, skinny jeans, skirt

6/26/08- 7/6/08 (11 days) Raw Fruits and Veggies
-eat only raw fruits and veggies
- eat half cup plain yogurt
-drink regular water
-workout: DVD

REWARD: date a guy

7/7/08- 7/7/10 (2 years) HEALTH BABE DIET (another diet program I developed- it is not a weight loss program)
Restrictions:
-no meat except chicken and fish
-no fried food
-no potato
-no chocolate
-no coffee
-no cheese
-no soda
-no peanut butter
-no cakes/pies except on special occasions: wedding, birthdays, new year

Rules
-never eat/drink after 7:00pm!!! (drink just water)
-never wake up after 8pm?
-workout 1 hour a day
-fast on weekends?
-

*If I reach 98-100 pounds before the aimed dates, I will move on to the next step.

All of these diets are for anorexic people... I'm not lying or kidding with you.
You MUST eat at LEAST 1200 calories daily and everyday, or you are considered anorexic. So, no fasting, no unrealistic restrictions.

And yes, I know what I'm talking about - I used to have an eating disorder.

Also, 98 - and even 100 pounds - is underweight for your height. I am 5'1" and must weight at LEAST 103 to be considered normal weight. If I were 5'5" I'd set my weight goal for 108.

What is the next step you are talking about?

First of all do not worry! I am not an anorexic! I've never missed a meal in my life before and I just need to lose weight in 1-2 months for my own reasons. Plus I have addictions (like sex) so I need to learn to control my mind through fasting. I am a very spiritual person and I thought it is the right time to fast since I gained 30 pounds during my last year in college. Also I poisened my body with way too much alcohol and such since I was 15. For example, I almost used to drink vodka/hard core alcohol daily. So I want to cleanse my body and start a completely new lifestyle. As soon as I reach 100 pounds, I will start training for muscle build. So my weight will be around 115-120 pounds since muscle weighs more than fat.

ps: I know most American girls/women have big bone structure/mass so they weigh heavier and that's why the height and weight chart made for the average "Americans" but not for Asians like me who has the smallest bone mass. Ummm I give you an example: my mom had a heart attack few times bc she was considered an obese in Asia... guess what she would be considered normal according to American height and weight chart.

So do not be so judgemental but be considerate! Also encourage me to reach my goal I won't die or suffer from anorexic problem- its not my thang... I wanna have some meat for the fuck's sake hahaha

Can i ask something, where are you getting your protein to maintain your muscle? You know to keep your heart and lungs etc working as well as arms legs etc.

And from your goal is most defiantly anorexic as is your diet.
 
I think I have to agree with everyone that has written in this thread thus far, 98 is definately anorexic. Look at Nicole Ritckie! she was a rake AND she had a very small frame. I definately support your weight loss, but I strongly recommend upping your goal to maybe 110. I am 5'5 and though I probably have a slightly larger bone structure than you, I have set my goal for 125. You can't be THAT much smaller than I am and so I think 110 would be reasonable... 100 is outrageous.

Also, maybe consider a protein shake and a multivitamin everyday. The shake is not very heavy and will give you quite a bit of nutrients that your body needs :)

Sorry if you take my comment offensively.. I'm sure we are all just trying to help you lose weight healthily.
