My weight loss journey in photos

Hey, so I'm going to start one of this before and after threads for myself. I've spent the last three months working on getting myself into shape. I had prior successes in the past but had gained the weight back (Too much junk food and booze in college) and resolved to change my life. So, I'm watching my diet, working out and hiking a lot around here in Hawaii (I moved here last August).


Here is me last August 2010. (252 lbs)




Here is me now in September 2010. (230 lbs)
 
you have changed a lot. But now, work even more hard. you can do it and you have already proved that.
 
Aye. I want to keep pushing and pushing. I've been watching what I eat via keeping track on myplate (livestrong's page) which I've found to be very helpful. Yesterday I discovered that my max bench is 205 lbs..so I'm losing the weight and getting stronger!
