My Weight Loss diet and goals, Critique wanted

Hello,
I havent been on this site for a very long time but I am wanting to lose some weight now and go towards that 10 to 11% body fat.

Stats:
5ft 10, 175 lbs, 16% Bodyfat (measured with calipers)

Activity:
Weight lifting, Cardio during practices with team

Diet to lose weight

Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk w/ protein powder
2 eggs

Snack
banana
granola bar of some kind

lunch
Rice
Meat (chicken mostly)


Snack
Yogurt
1/2 cup oatmeal


Snack
1 can of tuna

Dinner
Rice
Meat, Veggies

Before bed:
Protein drink


So thats what I think I will need to get down to my goal. The diet is healthy, and will be varried day in and out but pretty much like that. Is this sufficient?

I didnt put the calories because its not always going to be perfect but I have a general idea of it being around 2000, and I need about 2500 to maintain my weight. So im cutting about 500 off food and another some odd number from workout.

Let me know
 
looks prity solid to me, protein every meal, long chain carbs, 7 meals a day.
water intake needs to be 1.5-2 gallons
