Goal Weight: 100 pounds
*Note: I am a very short person with a small frame, so I believe 100 pounds is a reasonable and healthy weight for me. I do not support unhealthy dieting or eating behaviors.*
I am also working toward getting back into running (I used to be a distance runner) and changing my eating habits by eliminating the huge excess of sugar and fat in my diet).
Weeks 1 and 2:
Starting Weight: 140 pounds
Pounds Lost: 5
Current Weight: 135
Exercise/Diet: mild weight lifting, at least 30 minutes of running 6x per week, about 1,600 calories per day, looking into healthier recipes and eliminating desserts.
I will start week 3 on Sunday! Hopefully, I will continue to lose weight!!
