My weight loss diary

Hello guys (and girls),

I am planning to lose about two stone, and from tonight onwards I will be posting on here my exercise, food eaten and other stuff I feel is important. Any motivation/tips would be appreciated.

welcome to the forum and great work on starting a diary! I think a diary is an important tool in weight loss! I know mine has been fantastic!!

That is what I am hoping. I have such an awful willpower, but my hope is that when I have people to answer to it will act as an incentive. So far so good today, I have avoided snacking, have had pasta, porridge, stuff I like and stuff that fills me up. But it's only day one of what will hopefully be a weight-loss filled few months! By the way at the moment I am 196lbs, and am hoping to get down to just under 170lbs, something I have managed in the past (from 187lbs), and something I know I can do again. Thanks for the support guys.

Hey pablakeman!

I think starting a diary here is a great first step! You'll get lots of comments and suggestions which can be very helpful. I think a lot of people find that it's a good motivator to stick with healthier choices when they know other people are looking as well!
