I don't know how to post a weight loss diary so here goes. I just cried and cried a few days ago b/c my worst fear has come true. I gained a lot of weight. I am at the highest weight that i have ever been at
I don't know how I am going to get it off for good. I used to be really good at loosing weight. I was really active and I was in track and gymnastics. I even used to do modeling for a short little time in tenth grade. Senior year my pictures looked like a model and my stomach was really flat now I have gained fifty lbs. from medicine that i was taking for depression. my psychiatrists wouldn't take me off of them and i kept on gaining weight. In october i weighed 130 lbs. now i weigh 180 lbs. Do the math i just don't understand it. I sleep pretty good now. i workout everyday. I do not eat much junk food and i watch what i eat maybe i'll start putting in what i ate and people can give me advice on what else i need to change in my diet. I also am recovering from an eating disorder last summer i weighed in at 95 lbs. but, i am far from that skinny now. i am five foot seven inches tall. 130 is really a good weight for me. I really don't think i am pregnant anymore but, my mom said that i should only walk and swim and not workout too hard until i find out if i am pregnant or not and i won't know until the end of the month. I think that if i was pregnant that i may have lost my baby
b/c i just read that if you have heavy blood flow that you could be having a miscarriage. i thought it was just my period but, it was light blood flow and spotting not like normal. but, then yesterday i was in alot of pain in my stomach so bad that i had to cruel up in a ball with a pillow against my stomach and i went to the bathroom and there was tons of blood in the toilet. I am really sad b/c i just want to beleive that it was my menstrual cycle but, something deep down inside tells me that it's not so.
what kinds of excercise can i do if i might be pregnant ? well that is all I have to say for now but, here is what i ate today
breakfast- oatmeal ( no milk) 130 calories
Lunch- Green beans= 120 calories
Ice water = 0 calories

breakfast- 1 cup of cheerios and 1/2 cup of 1% milk 155 calories
Lunch- Activia yogurt - strawberry- 110 calories
Dinner- chili = 430 calories
excercise= walked around the lake four times
Snack- 1 cup of popcorn= 35 calories
So thats it , no mean stuff just some nice advice would be greatly appreciated thanks, katie
p.s. we are just starting out so we don't have lots of money to buy alot of groceries so we are eating soups and canned stuff right now and i am eating yogurt and veggies. I haven't weighed myself yet but, as soon as i workout i will weigh myself. I hope i didn't gain weight.
