Well I am officially starting! So today is both the first day of my weight loss diary and of me begining the change of lifestyle that is needed to obtain my goal! At 5ft7in, I carry all my weight in my hips, thighs, and of course the butt. I am currently at 190 lbs which I am pretty much horrified with that number.
I would LOVE to get down to 150lbs and I don't think that 40lbs is too much for me to ask of myself. I know the road will be long and hard but I hope that this time, I can stick to it!
