My weight loss challenge - current weight 203 lbs

Hi All,

I have (finally) decided to get of my ass and make an effort.

Current Weight: 203 lbs, 14.5 stone
Height: 5ft 10inchs
Exercise: none in the past 7 years
Age: 23.5 yrs

Starting Goal: -20 pounds
Timeframe: No strict timeframe.

I am going to try and follow the 4 hour body.

Here goes. Wish me luck
 
Tomorrows diet plan:

Breakfast (6am) - 2 egg wholes and 2 egg whites

At work: Black coffee w/t cinammon- 2 cups (throughout the day)

Lunch (11am) - Some salad

Another lunch (b/w 1-5pm): lentil soup

Dinner (~8pm): Burrito salad w/o rice - extra guacamole
