Hi Everyone,
I haven't posted in a while since coming back from holiday because I hit a plateau, I have finally broken it now! But I am going to the gym 2-3 hours a day doing classes like RPM, body combat and body pump.... and I'm loving them!
I'm now 60.8kgs, starting weight was 82kgs.... I'm almost at my goal of 55kgs.
