My weight, Diet, and the gym

Heya, i posted a while ago about me being diabetic and going to the gum, then i posted about starting a new gym. Well... now's when im actually starting the gym w/ one of my friends. I weigh 125 Lbs and im 5'8 so im pretty skinny, here's a pic

I'm wondering if i can work out, and not change my diet. I have a very fast metabolism or so they tell me, i eat like an animal and try to control my glucose lvls as much as i can.
So let me rephrase my question.
If I go to the gym and continue my current diet, will i be ok and will my muscles start to show alright?

Edit: Also want to know if Doing 3sets of 8reps is a good start for any excersise.

five eight? 125lbs? Ye gads!

Increase your intake whether you go to the gym or not - and watch out for strong breezes, you could get hurt.
 
oh sry, lol was posting at same time as u. Well, i eat like 6 times a day anything basically, i inject insuline for the foods i eat. everytime i eat. For example. today i ate uhhh. like 4 eggs and 2 hunny wheat bread slices for breakfast, and right now im eating subways. For dinner ill probably eat some rice with porkchops and diet soda, in between i will probably eat a grilled cheese or a yogurt or a bag of chips. my diet is about the same everyday with a few minor changes. This is just me, but i think its the insuline thats keeping me skinny... thats my diet
