My very simple workout, sucks?

Well, dont worry, just some start up questions. i`m nto going to start spamming questions.

So i lift 6.5kg for 90times on my right hand and 5.5 for 50times on my left,

I also lift 3.5kg with the weights for 20 times on right and 15 on left
(i hold weigh on the inside of my hand and my arm parallel to my leg, then i lift my hand(kept straight at all times) upwards

then i cycle for roughly 20mins,

then i do sit-ups, right now, i`m trying to find a way to bo roughly 100 with some added weights or mybe a harder method becuase normaly on my bed i do quite a lot 150?. so i`m trying to reduce that number to save time

I also use a nunchak for roughly and hour,(this is more of fun-time for me)

Anyway is that a good work out? (i have very limited time and money so i try to keep it as simple as possible) Anything you would change or add? this is basicly a substitue till summer, when i`ll visit the gym and start on the hard stuff and post again

edit: i read the bodybuilding FAQ and know about the 100 situps a night thing, and do sets instead. I can see like a small trench running down my abdominal area, i`m guessing they are developing, note, my belly fat is average or mybe below average(more fat)

no, you need a full body workout.

lifting for 90reps will get you nowhere, and you must do the same with each arm or you'll get uneven. you need to work the following muscle groups:-

Lats
Traps
Chest
Shoulders
Core (abs, obliques and lower back)
Legs
Arms

use www.exrx.net to help you figure out what exercises work which muscles and post back with a plan.

It is extreemly important that you work every single muscle in your body, not just your arms.

oooh. You really need to stop working different weights on each arm. Like mano said - full body.

Try squats, weighted crunches, incline bench, lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, curls and bent over rows.

ye i know about that full body thing but till roughly end of may, i cant realy do much becuase i`m afraid what ever i do i`ll do it incorrect.
Also time and a gym arent what i have.
Is there an area i can afford to leave out? ofc in summer i`ll do evreything but for now i thought i`d build on d little i know about

tbh i cant use that site properly, too detailed for me and cant find my way
What do you think i should do at home just for a simple body workout? I`m afraid i dont know anything and some help would be good Which do you think are the most effectice and least time consuming?

Try here for some exercises.

Basically, if you cant do it properly - dont do it! Sounds extreme but you'll be worse if you train the wrong way.

There are plenty of exercises you can do by improvising. All you need is a chair. Let me know if you want anymore details.
