Ok, I am sharing my tuna salad recipe. Its quite healthy, east to make, and filling w.out a lot of calories.
I'm just going to list the ingredients, you can add as much or as little as you like.
Tuna (in water)
green pepper
red pepper
onion
celery
grated carrot
dill pickles
basil
salt
pepper
Pickle juice from pickle far for moistness
Chop up all veggies, mix everything together. Sometimes I add a tiny bit of regular mayo for taste...a VERY little bit goes a long way w/ this mixture. Basil, salt, and pepper really step this one up w/out the mayo anyway.
Its really filling and provides a good serving of veggies! It also doesn't take long to make, and is good alone, on sandwiches, in salads, in wraps, etc. It is REALLY good in a wrap w/ some alfalfa sprouts, spinach, lettuce, tomato, a little cheese and oil & vinegar!
