My 'Trim and Fit by 30' diary!

186! One hundred and eighty-six pounds!! That is what I have been stuck at for 8 years. I get pregnant, gain weight, lose it right after birth, only to get stuck at 186 again! It happened all 4 times. What the heck is it with 186? I am determined to lose the weight and get toned up by the time I turn 30 in May 2008! I will not enter my thirties the way I am now, no way, no how!

So, here is my 1st step. Here's to losing weight and getting fit!

My goals:
~To lose 46 lbs and tone up/define my muscles.
~Change my eating habits and sedetary lifestyle.

I have roughly 20 months to reach my goals. That is a very realistic timeline for what I want to achieve. It can and WILL happen! :) I plan on changing my eating habits, cutting down my portions and making wiser choices. I plan on using my gym membership for strength training 3 days a week, and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I will up my water intake to gallon a day...hopefully I won't get water logged ;)

This is it, no more excuses!!

It sounds like you have very realistic and attainable goals! You should be able to reach them in no time!
