My Transformation Story P90X+Shakeology

Hey guys I want to share my transformation story with you if I can even motivate one person and know I helped changed someones live my goal is complete. Ive always been conscious about my health and in decent shape when I was in high school until I was introduced to alcohol and partying. I let it take over my life, I drank my heart away almost every single night of the week felt like a complete mess every time I woke up hungover just eating junk food, could barely stay awake for 4 hours had no energy no stamina could not run down the block. I couldnt believe what I became some nights I ran out of clothes to go out with because I gained so much weight I could not fit into ANYTHING! I looked in the mirror after that and I just shed tears of disappointment im currently on the waiting list to be a firefighter and I realized my career is basically done let me rephrase that MY DREAM that I have one shot at after that moment voices build up inside my head I knew I was better than that. Now that left me with a few hard questions how can I pick myself backup from the mess I became I couldnt even do 5 pushups well after countless research I came to conclusion to try P90X the reviews and transformations really caught my eye I knew this was the workout that can really bring me to a 90 day transformation and get my life back on track. I weighed in at 203 lbs when I started p90x 5'10 now the best question of all did it work did it save my life...?

Well before I answer that question I want to explain to you my first week of P90X it was absolutely painful dreadful impossible I cursed I yelled at the people on the video I said these people are not human no one can do what there doing. Day 1 I finished after pausing the video only about 20x and that is a serious number. Day 2 was the most interesting day it was plyometrics ( cardio jump training) I took so many breaks but I would not quit I fell to the ground plenty of times got right back up collapsed on my couch laid down and said forget this but voices in my head said no no no no this is not you your better than that you can do anything dont be that person your not a quitter and I knew I was not went back turned on the video from where I left of i kept going and I ended up vomitting yup ok after cleaning up I hit the couch again but my dedication my motivation to strive for success to live for my dreams to become what I want was so strong I went back and finished DAY 2 after collapsing once and vomiting once. Yup after that I knew I have what it takes I knew anything is possible anything! Dont ever let anyone put you down or fill your head with negativity because were all better than that its all in our heart.

After my first week of P90X,a link was missing I wanted to max my results and supplement the killer workouts I am fighting through and after alot of research I found out about Shakeology, $130.00 scared me but after all the good reviews after everything I read and all the research I did I had to try it out. Ever sinces I started supplementing shakeology my energy increased drastically my workouts became easier my body was filled with all the nutrients and vitamins I need in one simple shake along with plant based proteins thanks to the option of vegan which was a great addition to my diet and you figure wow as if that isnt enough it also proviced me with essential amino acids aka BCAAS to increase my protein synthesis and recovery it was a miracle in a cup I will never go a day without in my life worth every single dollar.

And now to my conclusion how did P90X and Shakeology work for me well my day 1 picture is posted i weighed in at 203 lbs 5'10 and currently I am on day 59 of P90X and weighing in at 184 lbs yes I lost 19 lbs in 60 days!!!!!! Ive never felt so happy full of energy so confident about myself and I realized that I want to help change peoples lives I want to be peoples motivation and help them achieve the goals they want. Congratulations on losing 19 pounds.

A lot of people get good results from exercise plans like P90X. 90 days of any challenging exercise is pretty much guaranteed to get some impressively noticeable results.

I must admit that I am not a big believer in milk shake style diets. They do not teach healthy eating habits in the way that eating normal food does. People do not tend to embark on a milk shake diet with the intention on staying on it for the rest of their lives. At some point the are going to eat proper food - and if they have not learnt new habits they will revert to eating in the manner they had when they gained weight.

One of my favourite quotes is of Einstein: "Insanity doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

We need to learn new eating habits.

It is perfectly simple to build a high protein diet with real food which not only makes enjoyable eating but preserves our muscles. Our bodies are designed to run on real food - not a mixture of potions and powders. I know a lot of people that shoot for between 1g and 2g per pound of lean body weight. Naturally while planning our food plan we can ensure that we hit a number of other RDAs to cover such things as fibre, healthy fat, calcium etc - not to mention a whole host of vitamins and minerals.
