My training

Here's my training:

100x jumps with the skip rope
10x biceps from low to 90 degree (both arms)
10x biceps from 90 degree to fully contract (both arms)
10x biceps all the way (both arms)
12x - 3 times extensions triceps with both hands
12x - 3 times triceps on a chair
10x - 3 times on a chair deltoides
12x - 3 times push up
12x - 3 times pullout weight for the back (both arms)
and a complete workout for the abs with a sofa.

I do all of this 2 or 3 times. Is it a good workout? I only use weights, what should I improve?

That workout sucks.

Get on a good full-body workout 3x a week or a upperbody/lowerbody split. You seem to only workout your arms which is really on maybe 10% of your body. YOUR ENTIRE BODY needs to be worked.

Read the weight training sticky.
 
You have nothing for the upper or lower back. You have nothing for the rotator cuffs. No movements for the glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
 
Yes I do workout my back and I know that I don't workout my legs but I only have weights and my legs are a bit trained when I do the skip rope.
