My Training Log

I thought I follow Evo's suit and post up my training log, maybe it'll give any beginners an idea of what to do. Here's my new routine I'm starting after taking a week off:

Monday - Squat
Squat 6x4 (4RM)
Bench press 6x4 (80% 4RM)
Barbell row 6x4 (80% 4RM)
Ab pulldown 3x8

Wednesday - Bench
Bench press 6x4 (4RM)
Barbell row 6x4 (4RM)
Squat 6x4 (80% 4RM)
Full contact twist 3x8

Friday - Deadlift
Conventional deadlift 9x1
Incline dumbell bench press 3x8
Close grip chin up 3x8
Cubans 3x8

I squat wide and to parallel.
 
Looks like a good example of an abbreviated strength routine.Nice work.

There should be a seperate area for training logs.I love reading how others train as it is very inspirational and can be a good source of training knowledge.
 
Monday 21/3/2005 Squat

Squat- 1(6)x4 115kg (4x60,4x80,4x90,4x100,4x110,4x115)
My back rounded on the last set and I GM'd it up because of poor flexibility and I was sitting back and leaning over too much. Perfect form next week.

Bench press- 6x4 62.5kg
Slightly harder since my elbow supports were still in the washing.

Barbell row- 6x4 62.5kg
Was supposed to be 65kg but I forgot about it.

Ab pulldown- 3x8 17 plates

A so so day.
