Hello. I have lost about 30 pounds/14 kilos about a year and half ago by exercise (walking and cycling for an hour a day) and healthier diet (seafood and no junk food at all), but my thighs never shrinked. I lost my stomach, arm fat, calves, but my thighs never went away. I hoped that my body would sort it out eventually, but no. They are fatter than the rest of my body. They are fatter than my legs. I never saw a fat, chubby or skinny girl with thighs like mine. What's wrong with them? Is there a name for my problem? (you know how girls call their problem areas... thunder thighs, muffin tops...) What do I do to make them straight? (I have been doing squats and other leg exercises for 2 and half months now... 3 hrs of exercise a week + walking to school for 30 mins everyday... my diet hasnt changed...still seafood and no junkfood). I have 138 pounds/63 kilos, 5 feet 5 inches/165cm.

I edited a drawing i found on the internet to show you how it looks like.

Squats are an awesome exercise for building up quadriceps and glutes, what you are seeing is probably muscle, muscle is good, but if you don't want healthy muscle then it needs to atrophy by never using that muscle by never walking or never squatting, which is not healthy and not good for fat loss in the long run. But if the area is a distinctive lump as in the picture then you need to see a doctor to ensure you do not have a torn/detached hamstring muscle or a cancerous lump.
