My Stomach

Hey guys. Well, My stomach is what I hate most about myself. What are excersises or other things I can do to get rid of my stomach? I know crunches and sit ups are good but I absolutely despise them, so other suggestions would be really appreciated. :D Thanks in advance
 
I've read many different places, that you can not spot reduce. I hate my tummy too, believe me! But the only way to get rid of it is to reduce your weight as a whole. I'm sure crunches and such are good for building muscle, but like I said, you can't spot reduce unfortunatly.
 
Darn. :( Well, that's okay. I need to slim down everywhere but my stomach is the worst thing. And my moobs :(
 
My wt councelor told me that if you do diffferent things on the ball while sitting you work your stomach muscles because you have to work on keeping the balance. Hope that helps.
 
I think its a combination - you can't spot reduce the fat, so you just need to work on losing fat in general (cardio is pretty popular for that). But once the fat is all gone, you'll still have kind of a flabby belly if the muscles aren't properly developed. Its never too early to start working your ab muscles, and crunches aren't the only way to do it. The balance ball is a good alternative, as well yoga is good for muscle toning and balance in general.

I use a workout DVD called Turbo Jam that's a combo of tae-bo, kick boxing, dancing and other high energy activities that work all sorts of muscles - especially the abs. Some guys don't really like it though because it seems kind of "girly" to jump around in gym shorts, even if it does involve roundhouse kicks and uppercuts :p
 
Has anyone tried relacore? I haven't tried it because I never believed that a pill would be able to make you lose belly fat, I was just wondering though...I HATE my stomach
 
the stomach WILL go, but it just might be the last thing to go unfortunately. it was for me!
