My Shoulder

I have been working out a lot and my shoulder has been huting me on and off for a few weeks so i havent been working out as much as i should or would like to. My shoulder will sometimes start hurting after lifting things that dont even weigh much as all. Sometimes when i move it i can feel it cracking. Does anyone know what might be wrong with my shoulder?
 
Shoulders are really tricky since they're very complex. You should go see someone who you can do evaluate you through a few tests.
 
Shoulders are a real pain for me to work on... My problem is that my shoulders are rather wide (as compared to the average joe). So the damn machines hurt me more than anything, because the joints of the machine don't line up well to my shoulders... And the dip bars are always way to close together. So my solution? Lateral Raises! As well as assisted dips. I try to avoid doing to many 'arnolds' or 'over head presses' because those seem to do the most damage on my joints.

But seriously lay off any kind of major work until your shoulders feel better. And get some help from a trainer if your in pain; hell maybe your doing something wrong =\.
