My shoulder just gives out...

Whenever I incline bench press with dumbells my left shoulder always gives out. It just gives out and feels like I cant do anymore, even I know I have the strength in my chest to keep going. It doesnt hurt, I just get this weird, annoying feeling in my shoulder that doesnt allow me to do anymore....

I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but my shoulder is always cracking, like you would crack your fingers. Maybe the constant cracking is making that arm weak.

When I say weak, I dont mean I dont have much muscle. My bones, something in that shoulder wont allow me to keep going.

Anyone know what it could be....
 
shoulder and back problems

I would suggest trying to train your back and shoulders more. You could get to point you make tendon damage in your shoulder if you use to much weight and your supporting mucles can not support the weight. One thing you could try is supersets then you can still train your chest and use less weight. What you do is pre exhaust your pecs with flys and with no rest do bench press it will not take as much weight to exhaust your chest. But most of all i would work more on training your shoulders and back. Hope this helps
