My routine, please comments

I am 6'0" tall and currently weight at 193lbs. I was 225lbs in late November 2005, and have been back in the gym working out regularly for almost 4 months now. Please comments on my routines as it was given to me from a trainer many years ago.

Day 1: Shoulders, Legs, Abs, and 20 to 30 mins of cardio.
Day 2: Chest, Triceps, Abs, and 20 to 30 mins of cardio.
Day 3: Back, Biceps, Abs, and 20 to mins of cardio.
Day 4: Rest

Repeat the routine.

In addition to the routines above, I also attend Body combat and spin classes once per week.

Please feel free to comment. :) As summer is getting close, I really want to lose more fat on my lower abs and my waist.
 
I would do cardio and weight training on diff. days but thats just me. Make sure most of your moves are compound. Don't overwork abs. If your exercise isn't feeling right then its probably not right. Make sure you feel all your movements. Give movements and problems you've had and I could help even more. wowwie.
 
A little bit more info on my routine. I perform 3 sets (adding a little bit more weight each) , and 12 reps each for each muscle group that I work on. However, when I do my 3rd set, I usually find myself running out of steam and not able to complete the set with full movements. Should I lift with lighter weights so I can perform my 3 sets, 12 reps each with full movements? Or should I lift with heavier weights and stop when I find myself not able to continue with full movements?
