routine

From my experience you lose fat and build muscle. Fat doesn't change to muscle by working out. Your routine seems disjointed. Do a cardio warmup then weights using opposing muscle groups and finish with cardio. Specific body parts on different days and vary the workout. Rest and improve your eating plan.
Good luck and keep working/researching

Yo do lots of cardio but you still need to work on your lower body strength. The reason most people that do lots of cardio get injuried is because of lack of lower body and core strength.

Take one or two days to work on your legs for strength. It doesn't have to be a lot of exercising. Just try to integrate any of these into your routine.
Not all, just pick at least 2.

Squats
Lunges
Split Squats
Bulgarian Squats
Step ups
Dead Lift
Swiss Ball Leg Curls

Do sets of 5 to 8. You don't want to do lots of reps because it's to much volume and your joints don't need lots of reps to keep your muscles strong.

Add some core exercises like planks, swiss ball jacknife, and swiss ball crunches. Try at least one every day, is just a couple of minutes a day.

You have to work your whole body. Having a strong body can keep you from suffering from over use injuries.

Hope this helps
