My Road to a Healthy Me

I want to stop being the fat girl. I always have. I have an extremely small frame, but I've always been overweight. I want to learn too eat healthy so I can learn better eating habits to carry through too adulthood. I'm currently trying to kick cookies.
Today I have had:
A bowl of cereal (330 calories)
South-beach bar (110 cal)
Mints (60)

which is 600 cal, half of a daily allowance. I'm going to eat about two hundred for lunch now to stretch throughout the day. Maybe a can of soup? With some free veggies on the side? That sounds good. My goal for today is no cookies. Every time I find myself in the kitchen about to get a cookie, I'll get a stalk of celery instead. I think.
If I can keep myself busy for the next three hours, I won't have any, because my friend is picking me up because we're going caroling at 3:30 with some other friends. Its only about two and half hours, really. Maybe I'll drink some water and watch a movie. Or get a move on with that Douglas Adams' book. I'm try to decide whether to read that now or take it too Florida. If I bring that enormous thing to Florida, I can bring less of others. I think I'll watch a movie. After all, I got HTTYD four days ago and I've only watched it three times. I love this movie. I should watch it again.
I think I'll have the can of soup and a pita bread with veggies. That stuffs all good, and is filling.
So yeah.

Today when I weighed in it was 135.2.

During the week I do great, but on weekends I'm awful. The cookie thing lasted till today. I had a friend over and we had an all day Spongebob marathon. We ate Kraft Mac-N-Cheese for lunch and had a bunch of cookies. It was horrible. I may not have eaten a lot more than usual, but my metabolism is only 1450 calories a day, so I have to keep it so narrow... I hope I didn't gain today. :(
I had a great time with my friend though.
 
Weekends are a real issue for me too, so easy to maintain a routine through the week but come Friday night through Sunday that all goes out the window and it's difficult to avoid everything you work so hard through the week to go without.
