It seems I am well educated on what I need to do to lose weight. But, lately the knowledge doesn't get me far since I simply haven't been putting it into practice. "Easier said than done" I guess.
I've been stagnantly hovering at around 235 lbs for several weeks now. My goal is 175ish. Whenever I weight I think, "Oh well at least I'm not gaining any". Thankful for that, but the scale should be going down. I have the tools necessary and know exactly why I'm not getting anywhere. No more excuses and no more "oh I'll start tomorrow".
So by this post I am making a resolution to stick to my goals. Stay on my strict healthy diet, drink my 8 glasses of water, nix alchohol, get back on my 30 minute cardio, and my weight lifting regime.
