My Refridgerator talks...

I was dumb yesterday and did some baking. Chocolate Chip cookes, Peant Butter cookes, and Chocolate-Peanut butter brownies with peanut butter cups in it.

My refridgerator says.. 'Eat me, one won't matter.."

Someone help.

Your refrigerator is lying.

Ideas

Are you hungry? Eat something healthy. Healthy food fills up your ears so your refrigerator's voice sounds all mumbly and less powerful. :D

If you need that stuff for other people, cover it up so you can't see it. Don't take it out of any containers it's in while you are doing that - just cover it with a teatowel or something. Maybe it doesn't even need to be in the refrigerator at all. Can you put it somewhere you don't see it?

If no one in your house needs it, maybe you can give it away, or put it in the bin.

Think about your weight loss goals. Go for a walk or have a bath. Ring up a friend and talk about something else.

:) Good luck. :)

Hey, my fridge says the same thing. We must have the same brand. Its talking to me right now, I've got to run.

My fridge is saying:
Where the hell did all the "GOOD" stuff go?
Why is there tons of water and lots of healthy items in here now?
I looked at the fridge, slapped it upside the head, and went to bed.

me and my fridge are in love, it keeps drinks cool for me and I feed it good food. anytime it gets out of line and tells me to eat a few tasty things, my tredmill comes up the stairs and lays the smack down.

I stuck to it, guys! I had enough willpower to not eat any. Sometimes I like to test myself that way, which is why I didn't throw them out. Plus the boyfriend would have a fit..so I just keep sending some to work with him. The scale hit the 230's this morning, so it was definitely worth it!

Good work with not eating it!

I liked the comment I read once that eating food you didn't need was worse than throwing it away, because throwing it away was waste, but eating it was waste AND gluttony combined.

Good work on resisting the siren song of the cookies! :)

Punch your fridge in the mouth..!

Ha

Good Job Not eatin any =)
I hope you have people to eat those cookies though T.T

Oh, but one WONT matter, but make sure you have people there to eat the REST!

Why were you baking? Was it just something you decided to do?

If you've got those cookies and such just lying around, and you don't want to eat them, put them to a good purpose. Depending on the area in which you live, you can bag them up, and take them to any shelter or such. The feeling of giving even something as small as a bag of cookies will make both your day, and the day of the receiver. And, you get your baking out of your system.

I agree with this comment. Don't put stuff in your fridge that you shouldn't be eating. Don't buy it. If you're tempted to bake stuff, don't buy baking ingredients like vanilla or flour or sugar (buy a sugar substitute instead). I do the same thing, I love to cook, but I have found if I don't have the ingredients then it stops me from baking.

But you did good resisting the temptation. Good for you. :)
