hi i am 37 years old i have a soon to be 14year old daughter
and a son born april 9 2008,
i statred arouned the end of march on my weight loss
eating healthier calorie watching
at my heaviest i was 277 roughly (very scary)
currently at 247 at little progress so far
would like to get to 220 maybe 210 in that area

i eat salads yougurt, baked foods apples fruits grapes
i mostly 99 percent soft drinks if i want one and crave it , i have 1 every few days ,instead of the few every day
just trying to get to a better place with health and feel better about myself

Best of luck in your weight loss endeavors! One of my reasons for losing weight was to be a good role model for my son in addition to the obvious reasons - to look better, to be healthier and to have a better quality of life. 277 to 247 is not "little progress"! That's a great start... keep it up!
