My progress

I have been cutting now for 86 days. My BF% is currently 13,7 % (according to a electrical measurer). My waist is 84-86 cm (before it was 97 cm). 4-6 cm more and I'll lose my beer-belly! I didn't measure my BF% at the start but I think it was 25 % or so. I now weigh about 72 kg (before 87 kg).
Any noticeable progress in the pictures?

What's the workout consist of?
1. About 10 minutes of cardio (warming up)... usually I do 20 minutes of cardio
2. Bench pressing
3. Pull-ups with a machine
4. Shoulders
5. Triceps
6. Biceps
7. Legs
8. Legs
9. Legs
10. Abs (1-2 exercises, 3 times and max.)
11. Back
12. About 5 minutes of cardio... usually I do 10-15 minutes of cardio.
13. Stretching

I do almost everything 3x10-12
It's a beginners guide. Next month I will follow another training plan... with upper-body days and lower-body days (hopefully).
 
I'd much rather see you do something like the thread I just created yesterday titled The Basic Lifts.

There's certainly no right or wrong... but there's definitly an optimal.

I'd be interested to see what exercises you are doing. Sounds like a lot of machine work, but I could be wrong.
