Start weight Sept. 1st: 228lbs

Weight now Nov. 27th: 194lbs

Goal weight: 170lbs

I used to pretty much eat whatever I wanted, however much I wanted my entire life. After becoming obese at 228lbs I finally decided I really had to make some changes. I am still 24lbs away from my goal still. But I am happy with my progress so far. I really want to start lifting weights but I have had shoulder problems most my life including surgery and everything. So I don't really have the strength in my arm and I don't want to re-injure myself. So right now I am only doing really really light weight lifting. But mostly it's been a ton of cardio and watching my calories. This last 20lbs is going to be the hardest to lose by far but I'm ready for the challenge. I will update this again after I meet my goal of 170lbs. GL with your weight loss everyone!

Hey tim!

Awesome progress so far! You can really see the changes all around in your before/after shot! 34 pounds in 3 months is excellent!

Congrats on everything! I know how difficult it is to maintain, but you've really done a great job, even with your injury!

Keep us posted and best of luck reaching your goals!

TY that means a lot. You've done a ridiculously good job too I saw your thread and it really inspired me!

Good job dude. It's a lifestyle change that many find hard to follow. That's excellent progress for 3 months!

If you're just light lifting with your upper body, I suggest getting some weight on those legs of yours. Building those muscles will help you burn that fat!

Thanks for the compliment. I'll use that advice and try and build up my leg muscles too. Take care.
