My Progress any thoughts?

Hey guys, well basically here's some pics of my progress.

This first pic is old, probably around a year old. But basically I didn't do anything until this September so here's progress from September.

Any thoughts and criticism is welcome, i still want to improve on my body before summer.

With that said, I think the python (arms) and overall muscle mass needs to be feed. In other word, just my opinion but bulk up more. You definitely got more lean than before though.

Do more weights and EAT, EAT, EAT.. sleep, workout, and EAT EAT EAT.
 
Well up until now my routine would be 2/3 days hard cardio depending on week, 2/3 days 45 min long runs depending on week.

As far as weights go, I would work out 4/5 times a week:

Benching 3 sets 10x95lbs 8x115lbs 6x135 lbs
Tricep Dips: 3 sets 10
Pullups: 4 sets of 3 for Neutral, Wide and Close grip
Chest flies: 2 sets 10 1 set weight (increase weight on third set)
Rows: 3 sets 10
Preacher curls: 3 sets 10
Pushups: 4 sets 15
Abs: 3 sets 20 situps or 3 sets 15 reverse crunches or Cable crunches


Now I have 2 months off before track starts up again and I'll probably be running only 3 times a week working out 3 times a week.
During this time off I'm probably going to continue bulking and when I hit around 130 cut for 3 weeks or so. (currently 118)
 
Great progress I can see how much leaner you have goten in the before and after pictures!
I would suggest on your routine for abs to add some other things, sits up with 45pound (or less if needed) plate on inclined bench or if you can dragon flags are always a great idea.

Oh I got that under control, I've been progressing quite nicely. On Aug 30 my max for benching was only 100lbs (i kno), but now its at 155. I will continue to bulk but I'm only doing it with around a 500 calorie surplus and lots of cardio for track.
oo yea, ill also squat on occasion, maybe once or twice every two weeks, but i dont deadlift lol is it really that important?
