My Progress - 28% Body Fat To 11% Body Fat - Your Thoughts

I have been dieting and working out for about 4 months with the goal of 7-8% body fat and some muscle gain. I have been following a healthy diet and working out since the end of September. I would love some feedback on my progress. I have everything listed here including weekly progress pics.



Please let me know what you guys think. Good or bad, I can take it.

I think you are a dirty double-poster, scotty! FILTHY.

But I quite enjoyed seeing your progress pics the first time 'round. We've had a similar experience, you and I, I've just got a little catching up to do.

Any luck with the plateau? :)

I know, I guess I'm just starved for attention.

Well, it's been slow going. It seems like once I hit around 10-11% body fat things have really slowed. I'm back on a 40-40-20 diet and have ramped up the cardio so I'm hoping to shed some fat now.

how many calories were you bringing in? im trying to achieve the smae thing you are...I already lost 100 pounds....now i just want to shape my body...any suggestions would be appreciated
