Hello I am 5'7 132 pounds and i want to be at least 115 before summer, i have stopped drinking alcohol all together, i used to drink beer and hard alcohol quite a bit i am 21 years old. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and go swimming , biking, yoga or something else when im not at the gym. I havent ate out at any fast foods or resturants in the last week or so but i do still eat some fatty foods at home but i do eat alot of vegtables, fruits and lean meat. I also do not eat after 8. So I am just wondering if this is a good start to loose weight and if you have any other advice for me that would be wonderful! thanks so much! :D
