My Plan - I need an expert to asses me!!

Hi everyone, hope we all had good weekends. Mine unfortunately involved 3 pieces of apple pie (1 normal, 2 smaller).

Anyway, could someone please critique my excercise plan for the coming weeks??? i cant always do fridays but its in there anyway. My aims are to 'tone' and fat burn. Im currently at 16% body fat but want that reduced asap. im 22, 6' 11" male.

My diet is good, going to have to cut out peanut butter completely as i eat to much, but otherwise good. Im trying to get the protein up to 140g but i know i need to minimize carbs.

If someone could help that'd be amazing - i just need to be pointed in the right direction and reassure me im on the right track!

Thanks

Check out some HIIT. Move your 25 minute jog to the AM for extra activity and a couple HIIT sessions a week. Other than that it's hard to tell much from your set up what you exactly do. Whatever it is that you're doing, set it up in a circuit type setting and reduce your rest intervals.

Yeah bro, evolution has it, do a circuit routine with lighter weights and higher reps. Also place special emphasis on your legs and back. Get your heartrate up on some cardio for 10 minutes, then blast through some squats, lunges, pullups, bent rows, farmer walks, or whatever you like, but the key is compound movements and working as much muscle as possible. rest between sets as little as possible, try to keep your heartrate up. finish up on the cardio for 15-20 minutes to finish--switching between equal amounts of high intensit/low intensity. My goals are similar to yours and this method has me nearly where I want to be after only two months. I also worked out a lot of carbs. I eat some berries in the morning with some oatmeal and a healthy serving of brown rice PWO and thats about it. Cutting starches to two or three servings max a day is the ticket brutha.

Here's something you might check out They have some cool already set up workouts that will get your heart racing and in shape.
