Looking for advice on what I need to work on. I’ve been working out 3-5 times a week for about a year and a half. I thought I would see better results than this by now. The last pic is the closest I have to a “before” shot, taken a few years ago. I am usually sore the morning after I lift so I don’t think lacking results are because I’m not working hard enough.

I’m 26 years old, 6’, 170 lbs. I’d like to gain maybe 5-10 lbs in muscle, and lose the visible fat on my stomach – which is very stubborn. Right now I’m lifting every other day (day1: chest/back, day2: arms/legs), and I jog 2.5 miles 2-3 times a week. I feel like I eat a lot, but I know I don’t have the biggest appetite. I change up my workout every couple months.

Based on what you see and what I mentioned, any suggestions on what I should concentrate more on?

You definatly made gains, but could make better gains in that amount of time if you focus on your diet.
