here i am at 5'10 .. 173lbs .. im guessing 20+% bf (getting tested tomorrow)
i suck at photoshop so i just erased my face lol ..this is after working out for 2 months after not working out for years .. ill take pics again after my 8 weeks of HIIT and weight training

Wow... I was expecting somethin bad... I'd say you are def under 20 % BF. I'd say you are @ 15-17 %... nice build, and only 2 months .. I'm jealous. Nice clean back too.
 
wow thanks for all the kind words ..yeah only 2 months so far .. no cardio really but im gonna start an 8 week hiit cycle ..

hehe about the iguana .. that's yoshi .. he is about 14-15 years old and about 5 feet in length :D


anyways no way im 15% .. definitely maybe low 20s .. since its hard to tell from the pics but i have a gut .. so it has gotten better but no where near where i want .. ill update tomorrow when i find out my body fat from this new gym i joined recently
 
see how much smaller my left arm is .. its been catching up .. the right arm is from years of playing tennis .. so the left arm has alot of catching up to do ..
i dont do any curls or isolation stuff .. all compound .. deadlifts .. squats .. bench .. shoulder press .. and power cleans .. pullups

also i noticed that my one shoulder sits higher than the other at times ..

also the 2 months i worked out .. i hit alot of wide grip lat pulldowns .. but now that i have a new routine that only really does compound .. i hope my back
still gets hit enough

i have a diary going as well for those who care lol

I'd say you're around 20 or very low 20's.. Not a bad start tho, some people are 20+ with no muscle, at least when you cut you'll have something to look at lol..
 
I did the onlibe BF% test and it said I was 16.9%... I know it's not completely accurate.. but I would say he is under that.
 
well ill find out tomorrow .. i dont know how they do it .. the gym is pretty upscale i guess .. no air chamber lol ..prolly a 7 point skinfold .. at least i hope its 7 point .. i had a 3 point done about 2 months ago .. and it said i was around 28% lol .. which im sure i am as i have alot of fat around the stomach area and chest ..

im HOPING for low 20s .. but i bascially just getting it checked so i know before i start my 8 week hiit and new program .. so i can re-evaluate in 2 months from the same guy
 
o well just got back from the gym ..
they did a 4 point skin caliper test .. bicep .. tricep .. hip .. middle of back

the result .. a whopping 24% BF .. he said its about 10% either way .. so could be as low as 22 or as high as 26 .. so who knows

also he starting asking me about my workout and stuff .. and he wanted to see my squat form since i said im having trouble with them .. so after having me do some bodyweight squats and make me sit in a chair but with only my cheeks touching it barely .. he said i have a very week ASS (glutes) and he made me do a few tests with standing on 1 foot and stretching out or wutever .. he said that is why on the squat my heel on one leg seems to go inwad .. so he was like i woulnt do deadlifts or squats until i correct this ..
so basically when i did my workout afterwards .. it sucked

keep working out.eat less fat do more cardio! everything will be just ok!never mind the... so called experts do your stuff have faith:)
