My personal weight loss track thread

I wanna see if my weight loss is actually progressing. I want to keep doing this for 2 months to see where I go...

My calorie deficit is going to be 500 and I'm wondering if I exercise and lose 400 calories would my deficit go up to 900 or do I not account for the 400?

Don't count it. You should try to burn as many calories as possible because you have a ways to go still.
