my personal program !!

hi,

Actually i always read that doing the same excercise routine daily is not good , what am doing is i do cardio for 45 minutes everyday and around 30mins of weight training ( most of machines and dumbles) everyday except 1 day of the weak ... I am doing a protien diet too . This program is working out perfectly with me but i keep reading that its not good because it stresses ur body, now i am resting 1 day a week and i dont really feel weak at any point of the week so i dont know is there any other reason to stop doing this personal program

Depends on your intensity level. If you lift heavy you need more rest.

i dont lift very heavy i am lifting just to maintain muscle and not lose it thru diet... but is it bad if i do the same excersies everyday?

Its a waste of time to do the same excercises everyday in my opinion but i'm not really up on maintaining and women's fitness who prefer to be more femine has opposed to muscluar, eventhou it takes hard work for most women to get muscular.
 
u mean i wont gain muscles if i keep doing the same excercise everyday?
