Hey, my names Anthony, I'm 20 years old and weigh around 15 stone and I am about 5ft 10-11 tall. I'm broad and have big-ish arms as i used to do weights so i think a bit of my weight may be down to muscle. but I'm wanting to trim down a lot so all my muscles are defined an such.
Its mainly my stomach and thigh / hip area which i want to change. what food and exercise would be good to target the stomach and hip area?
this is the exercise im doing at the moment.
MORNING
20 Mins punch bag
30 Mins free weights
AFTER WORK
30 - 45 Min Jogging
NIGHT TIME
Sit ups & Press ups
then i use a slender-tone gym body 8 machine thing lol
Any help would be great.
