ok, i used to lift 6 days a week on a 3-day split. Now that i got a new mountain bike i decided to change up everything. Im gonna do full-body workouts 3 times a week and hard trail riding 2 or 3 times a week. Plus i ride it to the gym and back. Im all about olympic lifts and there veriations b/c i enjoy them and they get you quite strong. Thoughts?
